Bone Spear Necromancer build in Diablo 4

So you've leveled up your necromancer and started doing endgame. Which build should you consider? The good news is that there's a high chance that you've been already using the right spec. Bone Spear is great for both leveling and endgame and its huge advantage is that you don't need to change anything when you're done with the former and start doing the latter.

As you could guess from the name of it, this build makes the most of the Bone Spear spell. You will rely on its immense damage that comes from both the main hit and multiple secondary hits delivered by reflected shards. Another damage dealer, although not as powerful, is Bone Splinters. It's main purpose, however, is not annihilation of everything around you that moves but essence generation. Coupled with the Resource Aspect of Exposed Flesh, you can make the Splinters keep you full on essence literally all the time.

Blood Mist is your option when it comes to evading especially unpleasant things. You become immune and unstoppable for 3 seconds while also dealing some damage to your foes and regenerating some health. Corpse Tendrils is your form of crowd control. With it you can make corpses pull enemies and stun them. Blood Mist and Corpse Tendrils work well in a pair with the Ghastly Blood Mist upgrade – it auto creates corpses every 1 second of the mist effect being active.

Finally, Decrepify is a significant debuff that slows enemies by 40% and reduces their damage by 20% in the affected area. Surviving anomalous waves of enemies is always easier with such a handy spell.

Despite what some people say, the Bone Spear necro hasn't become inviable after the latest update. It remains one of the best necromancer builds – if not the best one – in the game for most scenarios, excluding nightmare dungeons. And you won't exactly such with it in them either.
