Scalecommander Sarkareth is hell of a boss although it looks like just a regular dracthyr! Yeah, with slightly more armor on it than usual, but all in all it's just a humanoid-dragonkin which is definitely not as terrifying as a huge incarnate like Razzageth or a gigantic demigod Jailer, and so on. Nevertheless few guilds have made it past him in Heroic and Mythic as of now. And he's going to be a real tough challenge for anyone, no questions about that. With such a level of difficulty players should have a clear idea of what spoils to expect after downing this guy. And this blog post is meant to give you a good answer to that question. Unique Dragon Customization
Item name: Embodiment of the Hellforged
What is it: Highland Drake customization set

It seems to be a good tradition to give players a unique and stunning customization set for their Dragon Isles dragons for defeating the last boss of a raid. Last time when we defeated Razzageth we got a skin for a proto drake. This time it's time to equip our highland drake with some real swag! You can get it on ANY difficulty, so the more runs you do (LFR, Normal, Heroic, even Mythic perhaps?), the more chances for it you have. Up to 4 rolls per week basically (more realistically it's gonna be 2-3 though, but still). It looks like it's easier to get it on the Mythic difficulty as its drop chance is higher there but it hasn't been confirmed yet – still it would make sense.
Powerful Caster Staff
Item name: Erethos, the Empty Promise
What is it: staff
Difficulty: all
Sarkareth drops several weapons none of which is some awe-inspiring gigantic sword or something. You won't get those gimmicks, however you will get quite exquisite and classy arms that are also very powerful. This staff is a great example of this design direction. Erethos will become a great source of intellect and stamina for your caster, as well as haste and mastery. Quite a versatile weapon with really good stats.

Damage-focused Trinket
Item name: Beacon of the Beyond
What is it: trinket
Difficulty: all
This trinket is a joy for any DPS character. Each 2.5 minutes you can use this thing to deal lots of extra damage to adds or just a pack of mobs. You'll find uses for it both during boss fights and during fighting your way from one encounter to another. The mastery boost is great too. Also, this trinket gives us some peculiar lore hint on something related to the Void... Could that be something from the next patch or even expansion? We'll soon find out!
Unique Cloak
Item name: Voice of the Silent Star
What is it: cloak
Difficulty: all
This cloak makes us confused. On one hand, it looks like some rags. No, really: is this even a cloak? What is it supposed to do? To protect your back and below from the elements? In what way, we wonder? The design is quite questionable. On the other hand, it has pretty solid stats as well as an interesting effect: it triggers when an ally nearby gets hit. When it happens, you have a chance of getting a stack of the "voice call". Upon getting 10 of them, you literally steal about 100 points of the lowest secondary stat of your 4 closest allies. The stolen amount is added to your highest secondary stat + some more points. And this is active for 8 seconds. Confusing, right? But it's a great power-up nonetheless! Basically any spec will benefit from it and the stats are also good for any character.
Agility Dagger
Item name: Fang of the Sundered Flame
What is it: dagger
Difficulty: all
Whoever's into maxing agility will find this dagger a lovely match. It gives you a great raise in agility, stamina, critical strike, and haste. It's likely to be the best option for rogues, feral druids, hunters, and the like. It's also quite beautiful: there's this touch of the black dragons aesthetics to it. It resembles items from the Black Rock instances as well as those from the Cataclysm days which makes perfect sense since we were dealing with dragons back then too.

So there's that: top-5 items that you can get when looking through the loot left by Sarkareth. You are not to guaranteed any of those, of course, but the chance is always there. If you want to improve your chances, you gotta have more runs per week and, preferably, an item priority of some kind.
