WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

You need a FF14 active account. Also, you need the Heavensward, Stormblood, and Shadowbringers DLC.
Also, your character needs to be of at least 60 lvl.
Another important requirement concerns having certain Zodiak weapons unlocked in order to unlock others. Here are the requirements:

• Artifact +1 – requires basic Artifact
• Artifact +2 – requires Artifact +1
• Anemos – requires Artifact +2
• Pagos – requires Anemos
• Pagos +1 – requires basic Pagos
• Elemental – requires Pagos +1
• Elemental +1 – requires basic Elemental
• Elemental +2 – requires Elemental +1
• Pyris – requires Elemental +2
• Hydatos – requires Pyris
• Hydatos +1 – requires basic Hydatos
• Prototype-Eureka – requires Hydatos +1
• Eureka – requires Prototype-Eureka
