The boost includes unlocking the mount by imporving the respective reputation to exalted.
It means that as soon as we're through with the boost you'll be able to buy the mount from the vendor.
However, the gold amount necessary to purchase the mount is not included in the price of the boost.
So if you want us to buy the mount too, please contact us before you make a purchase to arrange it.
